Disability Awareness Day

Students from CIP Melbourne were both seen and heard at Brevard Community College’s Disability Awareness Day. Art works by Valerie Stepp, Daniel Kight, and Andrew Barbour were displayed along with poetry by Daniel Eakin and Frankie Vaccarelli.

Sarah Johnson, Robert Burtner and Moultrie Woodall greeted attendees at the door and directed them to the informational displays.

The event was sponsored by BCC’s Office for Students with Disabilities to celebrate people with disabilities and to educate the community about their accomplishments.
