Long-Time Berkshire Staff Honored at 25th Anniversary Convocation

Convocation picThe College Internship Program at the Berkshire Center celebrates it’s 25th Anniversary this year with a wonderful Awards Convocation and Graduation. Many staff members were honored for their 10 and even 15-year service awards.

Gary Shaw, Berkshire Center Program Director, Mary Ann Brown, Head Advisor, Charles Houff, Clinical Director, and Jeff Wheeler (Incoming Academic Dean) were awarded their 10 Year Service Awards.

Brenda Daehling, Administrative Assistant, and Areti Carlson, Academic Tutor were duly awarded the 2009 Staff Member of the Year Award for their extremely hard work and true dedication.

Retiring Academic Dean Margaret Markham receiving her 15 Year Service Award! She will be greatly missed by all and has played a huge part in the Berkshire Center. We thank her for her many long years and wish her the best.

Dr. McManmon: It was awesome and inspiring to see all the progress that the student’s and staff have made both this year and in the past 25 years that the Berkshire Center has been in existence. It is truly amazing to see what has been accomplished!
