Summer Program Success!
What a wonderful group of 12 students from California, Alabama, Oregon, Washington, DC, Puerto Rico, Indiana, and Alaska!
This very cohesive and inclusive group of students bonded within the first few hours. Amidst the educational activities, summer students had a chance to intermix with Berkeley upperclassmen, heading out on beautiful days to Alcatraz, an A’s baseball game and Six Flags amusement park.
“It is very gratifying to see this great group working together, our first annual summer program kicks off to a wonderful start!” says CIP founder Dr. Michael McManmon, who attended the first week of the program.
